By using the Website, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

1. Beta Phase and Platform Availability

Our Website is currently in a "Beta" or soft-launch phase. This means that certain features, including premium tools and full directory access, may be limited, in development, or subject to change. We provide the Website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion, without notice.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Website, such as submitting reviews or saving favorite shows, you may be asked to provide certain registration details. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website is correct, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password.

3. Reviewer Rewards Program

During our Beta phase, we may offer incentives, platform credits, or financial compensation for submitting verified, high-quality reviews of art fairs. By participating:

• Verification: We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any submitted review at our sole discretion. Only approved reviews will be eligible for credit or compensation.
• Payouts: Any future financial compensation will be processed through secure, third-party payment gateways upon the official launch of our premium features.
• Anti-Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the rewards system, submit fake reviews, or create multiple fraudulent accounts will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any accrued credits.

4. User Contributions (Reviews and Comments)

The Website contains interactive features that allow users to post reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Contributions").

Art Fair Community is built on real, unfiltered experiences. We actively welcome and encourage critical, negative, and honest reviews. If a show had terrible foot traffic, poor organization, or resulted in financial loss, we want you to share that. We will never remove a review simply because it paints an event in a negative light.

However, to maintain a safe, legally compliant, and helpful platform for all artists, your reviews must be based on your actual, firsthand experiences. User Contributions must not:

• Be legally defamatory or abusive: Stating "The organizers were unprepared and I made zero sales" is highly encouraged. However, making baseless, false accusations, posting physical threats, or launching malicious personal attacks against individuals is not allowed.
• Contain prohibited material: Content must not be obscene, sexually explicit, or promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Be deceptive: You must not impersonate any person, leave fake reviews for shows you did not attend, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Be commercial spam: Content must not involve unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or solicitations for your own products.

We have the right to remove or refuse to post any User Contributions that violate these legal standards, but we remain committed to protecting the integrity of your honest feedback.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Art Fair Community, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will Art Fair Community, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, any content on the Website or such other websites.
